How to Cope With a Loss

Coping with the loss of a loved one is difficult for most people. Many of us experience a normal reaction of grief due to the loss of something important to us, a pet, or someone we love. Grieving typically occurs as a reaction to the loss of a job, a death, a divorce, relocating away from family and friends, or even poor health.

  4. Move ahead with your life.
